Please read this policy carefully before booking. Better Intimate operates a strict no-refund policy on consultations.
No refunds on consultations
All consultation bookings and fees are non-refundable. When you book, a qualified practitioner reserves dedicated, confidential time for you, which cannot be re-sold once committed.
Rescheduling instead
We understand that life happens. If you cannot attend, simply message us on WhatsApp in advance and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time, subject to availability.
If we cannot deliver
In the rare event that we need to cancel and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, we will arrange a fair credit or resolution at our discretion.
Missed appointments
Appointments missed without prior notice are treated as completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Store products
Items purchased from our store at shop.betterintimate.com are covered by the separate policies shown at checkout on that store.
