Who can access your information
Only the practitioner delivering your care and a small number of authorised team members handling scheduling and payment can access your details — strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Storage & protection
Sensitive information is stored securely with appropriate safeguards and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Limits to confidentiality
In the rare situations where there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others, or where the law requires it, a practitioner may need to act responsibly. This is the only exception, and it exists to protect life.

You can ask us what information we hold, request changes, or ask us to delete your information at any time.
