• Your answers to our confidential psychosexual assessment, which may include sensitive information about your sexual health, relationships, medical history and past experiences. Every question is optional.
• Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or our forms.
• Basic technical data (device, browser and anonymous analytics) used to improve our service.

How we use your information

• To schedule and deliver your consultation.
• To contact you about your booking, payment and appointment.
• To match you with a suitable qualified practitioner.

Your assessment answers

Assessment answers are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in encrypted form on our own server. They are used only by your practitioner to understand your concern and prepare for your consultation, and are accessible only to authorised practitioners. They are never sent over WhatsApp, never sold and never used for advertising.

WhatsApp & communication

After you submit the assessment, you may send a short WhatsApp message containing only your reference number, name and session choice so our team can confirm timing and arrange payment. Messages are handled only by authorised team members.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or banking details on our own servers.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the practitioner delivering your care and trusted service providers (such as payment and scheduling tools), strictly as needed to serve you.

Data security

Sensitive information is treated as private health data and protected with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
